Note: If HP Printer Assistant opens, problem is resolved. If it does not open, and the Printer Setup & Software screen is visible, click the tab Connect a new printer and follow the instructions. Start the printer and computer to finish the installation.
Fifth Step: Check out the Windows built-in print driver

The web service should be switched on by accessing HP printer unable to connect to Web Services that might fix the communication errors with the printer. Check if your Internet proxy server settings are compatible with the HP printer unable to connect to Web Services or not.
